Hi, Welcome to visit my personal website! You can read a few chapters of my latest book “Mila the Magician”. The story is about the adventures of young Mila, who has taken on the impossible mission of learning black magic to destroy his family’s enemies. He wandered from place to place, from teacher to teacher. Overcoming insurmountable obstacles, he acquired the powers of a sorcerer. Then he used black magic to destroy his enemies. However, successful vengeance did not bring him joy or satisfaction, as he had grown spiritually. He now felt the ashen taste of revenge. When he saw the havoc he had wrought, resulting in the lost of lives, he became deeply remorseful and went forth again to seek true religion.“Mila the Magician” is an original novel based on the early life of the legendary Tibetan Yogi, Milarepa(1066-1135). Milarepa is said to have achieved enlightenment and became Buddha in his life’s time. He is venerated by generations of Tibetans. In writing, I have drawn on many Tibetan Buddhist stories and folklores. This novel should be good reading for anyone interested in Tibetan culture and is a good introduction to Buddhist thinking.
